Patricia’s Santucci’s journey into the world of pasta and pizza is rooted in both heritage and reinvention. Trained as a lawyer, Patricia spent years building a career and advocacy, strategy, and problem solving before making the courageous decision to follow a deeper calling: to create something beautiful, tangible, and deeply human through food. That transition-from law to flour- became the foundation of Bella Farina, a name that is both a brand its promise: beautiful flour. And from that beautiful flour, comes beautiful edible art.
Patricia brings together the traditions of Italian pasta making with a modern creative spirit. Each piece of pasta becomes a form of expression - sculpted, shaped, coloured and composed with intention. Whether she is teaching a hands on pasta class, hosting a private pasta party, creating custom pieces, or developing new pizza concepts, Patricia approaches every project as both an artisan and a storyteller. Her pizza concepts reflect the same philosophy: careful technique, premium ingredients, and a deep respect for the craft.
