Policies

  • At Bella Farina, every tool, textile, and culinary experience is thoughtfully created and curated. Because many of our items are handcrafted, produced in small batches, or connected to limited workshop experiences, we maintain a simple and respectful Return & Replacement Policy designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our work.

    Final Sale Philosophy

Unless otherwise stated, all Bella Farina products are considered final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing assumptions, or personal preference. This allows us to maintain the quality and exclusivity of our atelier-style offerings.

    Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.  Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Where appropriate, Bella Farina will offer a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

    Handcrafted Variations

Many Bella Farina products are artisan-made. Subtle variations in texture, colour, grain, stitching, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

    Workshops, Classes & Digital Products

    • Workshop bookings, culinary classes, and experiential events are non-refundable.
    • Digital products, downloadable materials, and gift cards are final sale.
    • If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, we may offer a credit toward a future experience at our discretion.

    Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if an exception is approved.

    Policy Discretion

Bella Farina reserves the right to assess each situation individually.  Our goal is always to provide a fair and thoughtful resolution while protecting the handcrafted nature of our products.
