You’ll shape these impressive tubes on long dowels, then etch delicate grooves into the surface using a pasta board — helping the sauce cling to every bite. Class sizes are intimate- with a maximum of 5 participants for Cavatelli and 4 participants for all other classes. Scheduled class dates will be announced soon, but in the meantime, you can email me or call to book your spot.
If you have a group of 4, we can arrange a private class for you. If you’re an individual or a smaller group, email me with your interest, and I’ll do my best to match you into an upcoming class. I’m happy to help you find the right fit!
